Not ideally. Putting natural wood items in a conservatory, especially if they get particularly hot will cause your furniture items to dry out. No furniture item should be placed in direct sunlight.
Due to being a natural wood product, part of the appeal and charm is that each piece is unique in terms of colour, natural marks and grain patterns and workmanship. Consequently, you may notice some slight differences between items from the same range; any such differences are considered an integral part of this totally natural product.

Usually a simple duster is sufficient. Spills should be mopped up with kitchen roll immediately. Over time, our oak furniture should be waxed / oiled with a good quality product when the surface looks or feels dry, with a lint free cloth. Yes. There is a one year manufacturers guarantee against any manufacturing defects, that are extremely rare.
However please contact us if any problems arise even outside the guarantee.
Yes. However a return ferry fare for our vehicle will be applied prior to delivery.
As much as we try to accurately represent the items by photographs, it is always advisable to see the furniture in person when possible. Where customer purchases over telephone without prior visits to one of our branches, we reserve the right to charge for collection and handling if the customer requires a refund within 14 days from delivery unless the goods are faulty or defective.
